I had a really great stay at Hotel 32One. The location was unbeatable, being just minutes from Chinatown and Union Square, which made exploring super easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. However, some small issues like the bathroom setup and the lack of daily housekeeping could use improvement. Overall, the comfort and cleanliness of the room, along with the lively vibe of the area, made it a nice experience.
